HOW TO HELP FISH RECOVER
 

There have been many, many generous offers of help and we don’t want to miss a one. But at this time, with no building to operate from, we are asking for monetary support and supermarket gift cards for the families we serve (Stop & Shop, ShopRite, Aldi, SuperFood Fresh in Middlesex, Target, Walmart). Gift cards can be mailed to Fish, Inc. at PO Box 8565, Piscataway 08855 or dropped off at our food distributions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am-12 noon in the Fish parking lot. You may also make a monetary donation to us through PayPal.
 
If you are interested in being contacted when we are able to again receive food and clothing donations, or if you’re interested in physically volunteering, please send an email with the words “PUT ME ON THE LIST” to fishfoodroom@yahoo.com and we’ll contact you when the time is right. You may also leave a message on our hotline 732-356-0081.

CURRENT VOLUNTEER NEEDS - For adults 21 and over. Training and supervision provided for all positions.

Clothing Room: Volunteers needed Mondays & Wednesdays to assist clients with clothing selection and restocking clothing racks. Spanish speaking volunteers are especially helpful.

Food Room: Volunteers are needed in the receiving area. Duties include checking dates on donations, sorting canned foods, and receiving donations. Some lifting is required. Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
